To communicate with our external/third party customers in a professional and effective manner. You will also be required to support the warehouse operation with all administrative tasks. You will be a highly motivated energetic individual who works well either alone or as part of a team and carry out any other related duties, within reason, as requested by company management.
**Principle Accountabilities**
Recognise individual customer’s needs and requirements.
Process all transport movements on behalf of our third-party customers in a timely and professional manner.
Cooperate with the company on health and safety matters and comply with the company health and safety policy and procedures
**Knowledge and Experience Required**
Educated to GCSE or equivalent to include English and Maths.
Fully computer literate with complete ‘MS’ packages and the ability to be trained in new software solutions.
Good literacy & numeracy skills.
Ability to work well under pressure, multitask and change priorities to suit the needs of the customer and business.
Strong planning and organisational skills, understanding of priority time management.
Good attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
Understand the necessity for confidentiality.
Carry out any other related duties, within reason, as requested by company management.
**Desirable**
Experience of working within a warehouse & distribution office environment. Experience of working with internal and external customers
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £12.50 per hour
