To be based from our offices in Newton Abbot, if this sounds like your perfect fit, then read on for the fuller specification. You will;
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges promptly and accurately;
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives;
- Keep accurate notes in customer accounts when necessary;
- Handle adjustments and keep our customers informed, providing call backs when items are no longer in stock;
