**Alliance ICT Business Engagement Officer**

**Job Type**: Fixed Term

**Location**: Exeter (Hybrid Working)

**Salary**: Starting at £24,576 rising by yearly increments to a maximum of £26,565 per annum

Do you have an interest in IT or Engaging with others to understand business requirements? The team are instrumental in co-ordinating and delivering IT changes throughout the organisation with over 10,000 employees and volunteers. They operate at over 150locations across 3 counties of the South-West from the Isles of Scilly to the New Forest border.

As a customer facing ICT Business Engagement Officer, you will act as liaison between ICT users and service providers ranging from requirements gathering, project planning and advice. There will be opportunities to collaborate with the wider operationaldepartments and feed into process improvements and innovation.

You will use communicating and negotiating skills to develop relationships, working closely with all business types from Buildings and Estates, core Business Operations to People Services (HR) with no one day the same. This role offers a high degree of autonomyand requires a can-do attitude, planning and organising skills with an ability to adapt to changing priorities to achieve best service to the organisation.

Due to the geographic area, there may be a requirement to travel occasionally so a full valid driving licence is essential for the position.

This is a hybrid role, offering you the choice of a designated office base at either Exeter, Devon or Winfrith, Dorset whilst also providing opportunity to work flexibly from home and other locations.
