**Exciting opportunity to join our Advisory Team as People Advisor**

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality HR support and advice? We're looking for 2 x **People Advisor's** to join our People Team on a permanent and 12 month FTC basis.

As an **People Advisor** you'll gain valuable insights into a wide range of HR-related work. Your proactive and collaborative approach will help you succeed as you provide professional support to people across the business.

Be a part of team that offers a supportive environment and values your input and ideas

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Act as the main contact for new starters and conduct exit interviews.
- Provide wellbeing support and manage occupational health referrals.
- Support individuals on sick leave and family leave, ensuring a smooth return to work.
- Assist with performance management and career development.
- Prepare and analyse people data to present to the wider team.
- Support annual processes such as performance reviews, promotions, and salary reviews.

- Human Resource experience
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
