Exciting opportunity to join our Advisory Team as People Advisor
Are you passionate about delivering high-quality HR support and advice? We're looking for 2 x
People Advisor's
to join our People Team on a permanent and 12 month FTC basis.

As an
People Advisor
you'll gain valuable insights into a wide range of HR-related work. Your proactive and collaborative approach will help you succeed as you provide professional support to people across the business.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Act as the main contact for new starters and conduct exit interviews.
  • Provide wellbeing support and manage occupational health referrals.
  • Support individuals on sick leave and family leave, ensuring a smooth return to work.
  • Assist with performance management and career development.
  • Prepare and analyse people data to present to the wider team.
  • Support annual processes such as performance reviews, promotions, and salary reviews.

What we're looking for:

  • Human Resource experience
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
