**Key Responsibilities**:

- As Inventory Controller, you will hold a fundamental role within the Distribution / Supply
- Chain team in accurately monitoring and managing inventory/stock levels.
- Monitoring electronic files between head office and logistic centres.
- Querying excel information to create reports for management.
- Communicating across the internal functions of the business (sales, purchasing, planning,
- warehouse)
- You will take ownership of inventory for multiple brands and product lines and will set
- the minimum & maximum stock levels, expediting orders ensuring that the production
- process runs smoothly and deadlines/targets are achieved.
- This role requires a strong attention to detail, an understanding of data, forecasting and
- identifying sales trends in order to ensure the right level of stock is maintained in the
- right place.
- You will also be in direct contact for assigned suppliers and 3PL teams.
- You will be completing a number of administration tasks, including updating the system
- and completing excel tasks.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Experience within an inventory controller / Stock Analyst role, minimum of 2 years
- consistent experience.
- Ideally coming from a distribution or manufacturing background/environment.
- Experience in clothing/fashion distribution would be beneficial.
- IT proficient with exposure to MRP/ERP systems, must be advanced user on Excel
- Spreadsheets and have the ability to use Pivot tables and VLOOKUP up.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve efficiently.
