**EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY**: We are currently recruiting for an award-winning Food Design Catering Company, for the role of **Private Aviation Administrator.** It’s an exciting new opportunity to work for a highly reputable organisation who specialise in creating excellent homemade food and creative design for some of the top Restaurants in the UK. The Private Aviationteam is considered as one of the world’s leading Private Aviation catering specialists and is an immensely fast-growing team within the company
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Be main point of contact for all suppliers and customers requiring catering or concierge services for private flights
- Process new orders and provide quotations for prospective customers
- Work closely with the chefs to suggest suitable catering options and inspiration for the customers
- Plan daily logistics for both the quality control team and drivers to ensure timely delivery
**Main Skills/ Requirements**:
- Ability to work on your own and can do so under pressure
- Catering experience is not essential, but would be an advantage
