Our client is a diverse food business supplying hotels, pubs and restaurants up and down the UK with whole, prepared or cooked food. Within their group of businesses, they have a leading event catering company, along with a Private Jet catering business alongwith two farm shops, a pub and so much more.
There private Aviation Department have been providing private jet catering and concierge services to executive jets since 2003 and now have kitchens in Oxfordshire, Geneva and Farnborough.
With exciting plans for the future, they are now looking for an experienced Private Aviation Administrator with a passion for food to join our dynamic and fast-paced team at our headquarters in Bicester. You will be working in an environment like no other,creating bespoke menus for some of the biggest clients in aviation.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
To be the main point of contact for all suppliers and customers requiring catering or concierge services for private flights
Processing new orders and providing quotations for perspective customers
Assisting in securing new business and driving brand loyalty for existing customers
Working closely with chefs to suggest suitable catering options and inspiration for our customers
Planning daily logistics for both quality control team and drivers to ensure timely delivery of all catering across various airports in the UK
