Part Time Membership and Retention Telemarketer
We are currently recruiting for a Membership and Retention Telemarketer to start in the next few weeks; for an initial 3 months, The role is Office based
- 2 days a week
- Based in Farringdon.

Our client is dedicated to making London a city where everyone can choose cycling.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
This role is customer focussed, phone based, and integral to the success of the companies membership programme. As part of a busy marketing & membership team the post holder will be responsible for speaking with clients members to make sure they know it's timeto renew. This is important to improve retention rates, maintain income levels and maximise the number of people supporting the campaigns.
Retaining past members:

- Phoning lapsed members to encourage them to renew
- Guiding members through the online and offline renewal process
- Explaining membership benefits and the actions and activities our client can deliver as a result of member support
- Dealing with member queries and complaints
- Processing card and direct debit payments and completing associated administration
Following membership leads:

- Phoning individuals who have expressed an interest in hearing further information about membership, following up where necessary
- Following its relaunch, contacting corporate leads and introducing them to LCC and its Corporate membership package,
- Following up other membership sales leads as they arise
ABOUT YOU?
- Some previous experience using CRM packages
- Experience of supporting customers over the phone
- Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
- Someone who is looking for work just 2 Days a week
