**About the role**:
The Electronic Support Coordinator will assist with day to day running of customer accounts led by both teams. A proactive approach to contacting customers; responsible for driving an exceptional customer experience, understanding the customers business and Industry. You will be progressive in their problem solving skills and innovative to find the best way to serve the account management needs of our largest electronics customers to improve their experience and retain business.

You will develop repeat business, protect and grow existing revenue in conjunction with the Electronic Account Managers and have tenacity and resilience at the very core of their being with a sales mentality to consistently grow the business. You will work closely with Suppliers to identify opportunities to maximise profit and value to our customer base.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Creating & executing areas for RS to take share of wallet from competitors
- Creating and targeting revenue potential within identified Electronics accounts
- To build effective relationships with customers
- Use the ternary approach when making commercial decisions.
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Creating and nurturing professional working partnership with both field based and internal stakeholders
- Responding quickly to large bills of materials to put RS in the best position possible to win.
- Understanding the fast-paced environment in which electronics customers operate and the need for quick response times for lead times, pricing and stock availability information.
- An understanding of, and/or willingness to learn, about electronic components, their terminology and associated items.
- Creating and evolving coalitions across the business departments to support the delivery of sales targets and improve customer journeys to make them as seamless as possible.
- Creating and executing a detailed understanding of the customers, markets, strategic suppliers & competitors.
- Collaborating with other departments and creating effective relationships with stakeholders to drive revenue, growth and customer satisfaction.
- To maintain service level agreements across all customer contact channels throughout operating hours
- To drive an effortless customer experience for internal and external customers
- To work towards achieving a high NES & NPS score (minimum=70%)
- To comply with all policies and procedures within RS
- To maximise conversion from quote to order

- Proven experience of stakeholder management and the ability to manage and influence.
- Excellent problem solving & commercial skills with the ability to analyse and negotiate best value for money supply deals.
- Proactive & highly motivated with a proven record of achieving targets/objectives.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to meet / exceed business objectives.

- A strong team player, who is self-driven, with a high personal commitment to energising, building and developing a business.
