**We have an exciting opportunity for a Collections Agent to join our busy team.**

Daniels Silverman is a leading provider of debt collection and credit management solutions. We work ethically and collaboratively to provide the best outcomes for our clients.

**The Role**

You will be dealing with both Consumer and Business overdue accounts, managing a debt portfolio across all industries. Based in our office, work will comprise of a variety of inbound and outbound calls, ranging from credit control to taking payments and assisting customers who are experiencing financial difficulties.

**The Person**

**We are looking for someone who**
- Is an outstanding communicator and negotiator
- Has a great work ethic and is a strong team player
- Reviews and prioritises their own workload to meet deadlines
- Works efficiently with good attention to detail
- Has experience of working in collections or credit control
- Has experience of working to regulatory timescales
