**This is a Temporary full time position working an average of 42 hours per week 4 on 4 off shift pattern 18:00pm
- 06:00am. (NIGHTS)**

**What does this corker of a job entail?**

We're inviting dedicated Manufacturing Operatives to join our vibrant team. These roles are perfect for people who thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment and are passionate about maintaining excellence in production processes.
- **Production Planning Coordination**: Collaborate with the planning function to schedule daily and weekly bulk deliveries.
- **Quality Assessment**: Analyse and assess bulk materials upon arrival and manage steam outs and sterilisation of equipment.
- **Machinery Mastery**: Become proficient in operating all machinery across various lines.
- **Line Management**: Perform line changeovers, collaborate with the shift manager on line defects and machine faults.
- **Record Keeping Excellence**: Maintain documentation and records to high standards daily, in line with ISO 9001:2000.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct hourly checks on volume filling legality and perform on-line Quality Control checks, including torque checks and finished goods inspection.
- **Packaging Oversight**: Ensure packaging materials are available and meet specifications for all production runs.

**Key Ingredients**
- **Strong Communication**: Ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- **Experience**: Two years in a high-speed packaging operation is desirable, but not essential.
- **Computer Literacy**: Comfortable with basic computer operations.
- **Teamwork in Continuous Improvement Environment**: Proven ability to work collaboratively towards improving processes.
- **FMCG Experience**: Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods is a plus.
- **Manufacturing Acumen**: Familiarity with good manufacturing practices and modern manufacturing techniques.
- **Educational Foundation**: A good level of literacy and numeracy (GCSE equivalent or above).
- **Flexibility and Motivation**: Willing to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks.
- **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail in all aspects of work.

Pay: £28,714.00 per year
