With this Apprenticeship you can complete a (Level 3) Building Services and Maintenance Engineering standard.

**Your mission**
- Support with the management of security across site - managing access and maintaining records and setting, un-setting security systems.
- Responding to alarm calls where appropriate and undertaking regular security checks, identifying risks.
- Maintain and replace furniture, fixtures and equipment over the term of the contract, undertaking appropriate repairs e.g., redecorating and fixing, minor plumbing, changing light bulbs, unblocking drains, erecting shelves, notice boards, bookshelves etc.
- To organise and carry out various maintenance duties to ensure that the general upkeep and maintenance of the premises is satisfactory, as per specific schedule for the site.
- Assist in the operation of a preventative planned maintenance programme and routine inspections of the buildings, fixtures, fittings, furniture, premises and grounds.
- Portering duties e.g., delivering mail, moving furniture and equipment.

**Who are we looking for?**

5 GCSES including English (C) and Maths (C).
Good time management, critical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Can follow instructions and work under pressure.
