**What the Job Offers**
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Provide proactive advice and guidance to the line managers on all recruitment issues
- Utilization of sourcing tools - Social media platforms, Linked In, Job Boards etc.
- Implement creative talent attraction methods and channels
- Represent the brand at an appropriate internal and external recruitment events
- Work with People Experience team and other members of the management team in ensuring talent mapping and succession planning is kept up to date and prioritised as part of the wider organisation talent development aims and objectives.
- Work closely with the L&D Manager to influence managers to appropriately utilise apprentices and drive utilisation. Manage expectations and ensure managers understand apprentices' level of experience and training.
- Proactively use metric reports to aid decision-making

- Positive team player with a can-do attitude and willing to work flexibly
- Understanding of UK Employment Law and best practices
- Experience with recruiting in education or care sectors
**Terms and Conditions**:
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of IT systems, including the Microsoft Office suite

**Terms and Conditions**:
- Base salary of £38,000 per annum
- Salaries are usually reviewed in April. You will normally be eligible for a performance-based salary review the April after you join, provided you have been with the organisation for at least 6 months.
