**Job Description**:
As a Talent Acquistion Partner you will be responsible for creating and executing sourcing strategies with the aim of achieving high quality, timely filling of roles within Technicolor Creative Studios.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Identifying and engaging qualified talent for open positions at Technicolor Creative Studios.
Creating pipelines of talent in line with workforce plans
- Assisting with the development and implementation of talent initiatives and marketing activities
Providing clear and succinct insights on labor market data and trends
- Working with high volume roles

**Qualifications**:

- Strong research and analytical skills through practical experience or study
- Strong knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Prior experience in Talent Acquisition, HR or a related discipline would be advantageous
