**Role**: Farm Park Events/PYO - Team Members

**Location**: Over Farm

**Responsible for**: Creating an amazing day out for our Farm Park customers

**Reportable to**: Farm Park Manager

Come and join our fantastic team, bringing exciting and spooky events to Over Farm. It will be fast paced, varied and outside in the fresh autumnal air - be the one making the customer journey into and around the site as perfect as possible

**Job Purpose and Scope**

Responsible for daily tasks and making sure our customers have a fantastic day out at the farm park. Great team skills and a smile are a must. Having fun while delivering great customer service when demanded is essential.

**Job Objectives**:

- Complete daily tasks
- Report site dangers or hazards to the manager for rectification
- Feedback customer problems to the manager
- Help customers achieve their objectives
- Carry out cleaning duties
- Keep the workplace and park clean, tidy and safe

**Person Specification**:
**Essential**
- To have a good understanding of what makes a great day out for our visitors
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong team player with a great attitude to work
- Ability to make people laugh and enjoy entertaining others

**Desirable**
- Possess the confidence to be able to diffuse arguments and manage conflict.
- Previous experience working in the entertainment industry or as an entertainer.
- Drivers licence.
- First Aid Training.

**Full in-house training will be provided.**

**The hours? **We are open every weekend and school holidays. Need people to start from **18th March.**
