Health and Safety Advisor

We are looking to appoint a Health & Safety Advisor to join our Health and Safety team based in the Midlands.
In this role you will work with supervisors, employees and contractors to drive safety risk reduction and the safe execution of operational work and in house work.
Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager you will be accountable for providing operational support and advice to site supervision and site personnel to ensure safety standards are understood, implemented and maintained. You will also support and assist in improvement activities to help to achieve Zero Harm, Safety By Choice Not By Chance.
- Demonstrable working knowledge of UK Health and Safety legislation.
- Understating knowledge and experience in CDM Regs 2015
- Investigation experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to provide timely and justifiable solutions to a range of complex safety issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Computer literate in MS Office suite.
- Be trustworthy, reliable and able to consistently meet deadlines and commitments.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
