Our continued growth is driven by our commitment to excellence and our strong partnerships with major clients across multiple sectors.We are now looking to expand our team with a dedicated Health & Safety / CDM Advisor to support our house building clients in the East Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a FTSE 100 client and contribute to an industry-leading safety culture.The RoleReporting to the Construction Services Director, you will provide proactive HSE support across multiple residential construction sites. Your key responsibilities will include:Conducting regular site inspections and support visitsOffering technical HSE guidance to site management teamsPerforming monthly compliance checks and auditsAttending and contributing to monthly HSE meetingsSupporting the client’s regional HSE advisorInvestigating incidents and accidentsDelivering in-house training to operatives and managementBuilding strong, trust-based relationships with site teamsParticipating in external inspections with Principal Contractors and ClientsPlease note: This list is not exhaustive, and you may be required to undertake additional duties in line with the needs of the business.What We’re Looking ForEssential Qualifications & Experience:NEBOSH General or Construction CertificateUK-based construction/house building experienceFull UK driving licenceAvailable to start immediatelyMinimum 5 years in a similar HSE advisory roleKey Skills & Attributes:Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage your own diary and workload efficientlyA proactive, solutions-focused mindsetConfident in producing detailed, timely reportsWillingness to travel across the region (occasional overnight stays required)What We OfferCompetitive salary + car allowance31 days annual leave (including bank holidays)Company mobile and laptopSupportive team environment with experienced managers and advisorsOpportunities for professional development and career progressionDM Safety & Health Services is an equal opportunities employer.
