_Front of House Step Up Team Leader_

We are an American restaurant based in Dumfries looking for a hardworking, fully energised step up team leader to join our growing team. This role would be suitable for someone experienced or someone looking to take a step into hospitality management as you will be employed as a member of our front of house team with extra training to perform management roles to cover days off and holidays.

Our company was launched in 2020, with over 20 year’s experience in the hospitality industry we are well placed to offer a great customer experience, high quality training and of course we love to reward our team too.

The success of our business is down to the team that make it happen on a daily basis.

Joining our team as a step up team leader your role will include (but not be limited to) the below:

- Meet and greet our customers as they enter the restaurant.
- Recommend food and drink promotions.
- Take food and drink orders from the table using our electronic ordering.
- Prepare and deliver drink orders.
- Deliver food to our customers from the kitchen.
- Present bills to customers and take payment.
- Promote our social media sites to the customers.
- Promote feedback and review sites to the customers
- Complete daily banking/ close down
- Open and close the business in the absence of the owners
- Key holder

Experience in hospitality/ customer service is essential for this role however if you are looking totake your first step into management then this may be a good opportunity for you too.
