We are an established high street law firm committed to providing a personal, friendly and professional service to our clients.

We have an opportunity for a receptionist/admin assistant to join us at our Lampeter Office to provide support in our firm on a part time basis. Hours negotiable.

Key Duties:

- To be the first point of contact for clients either face to face or via telephone
- Administrative tasks to support the work of other colleagues to include dealing with incoming and outgoing post, photocopying, scanning, filing etc
- To maintain and update office records
- Archiving closed files and updating electronic and paper records accordingly
- Scheduling appointments and managing office diary

Person Specification:

- Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with sensitive situations with empathy
- Strong IT skills with ability to use the full Microsoft Office Suite
- Efficient and well-organised with a high attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload accordingly
- A conscientious team player with a willingness to learn from (and provide support to) others
- Ability to communicate in Welsh desirable but not essential
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
- No previous experience required

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time

Pay: £12.21 per hour
