We are looking for an Office Administrator (Junior role) to work with our busy Client Management Team, working within the Insurance Broking Industry specialising in Employee Benefits and Private Medical Insurance.

The role requires working within a team with some communication with clients.

You will be working within a process driven environment regulated by the FCA.

Office based within Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

Providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

You should be:

- Computer literate with a good grasp of Microsoft Word and Excel
- English as your first language
- Eligible to work within the United Kingdom
- Working Monday to Friday (hybrid working)
- Working within a team but also confident to work on own initiative
- Able to work through a process
- Within easy commute of Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintain electronic filing systems
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support the team with administrative duties as required

Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Strong organisational abilities
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with computerised office systems
- Prior experience in an administrative role is advantageous

You will receive
- Salary between £22,500 and £27,000 depending on experience

Pay: £22,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
