**£23,000 - £25,500 per annum (depending on experience) + excellent benefits package with**
**Office Hours - Monday - Friday - Hybrid working available 2 days in office, 3 days remote.**

Are you looking for a role with responsibility and a busy workload within a supportive team?
Office Angels are assisting this professional, centrally based company in looking for an administrator to join a small team of 4; based within a large office environment
**_What will the role involve?_**
- Providing day to day administration support and maintain all of the registers ensuring they are accurate and kept up to date.
- Requesting and chasing information to keep company registers up to date and to assist in their development when necessary.
- Overall responsibility for managing all aspects of the compliance creditations
- To organise and attend the risk and compliance committee meeting preparing the agenda and taking and circulating the minutes
- Coordinate and assist with any regulatory visits and external audits
- Maintain the compliance calendar and assist in meeting those requirements
- Provide support in accordance with the risk and compliance training programme
- To assist with various aspects of our professional negligence administration including renewal of insurances
- Create and circulate a compliance suite of reports with input on the content of the reports.
You will need to have proven solid administration skills and be able to manage a busy workload with accuracy and sound IT knowledge.
Preferably you will have a background/experience within a similar professional environment; but this is not 100% necessary.
