Your new role
In this role, you'll thoroughly examine, evaluate, and process claims estimates and paid claim values, ensuring they align with the policy terms and conditions. This includes assessing the validity and accuracy of each claim while adhering to QBE's Claims Philosophy, ensuring consistency, fairness, and a high standard of service. You’ll be responsible for making sound, well-informed decisions that uphold both the integrity of our claims process and our commitment to delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
Other responsibilities:
- Delivering a world class service to customers.- Accurately triaging and managing claim files through to settlement, prioritising new and existing work appropriately, ensuring that they are adequately reserved, and settled economically and fairly. The majority of which will be supported by a loss adjuster and or solicitor instruction.- Managing ad-hoc claims reports for stakeholders as required.- Supporting projects which may be Operational Excellence, Analytics or Automation related
About You
You'll have an experience in International or UK Property claims. Although prior experience with the ECF system is not essential, it's a nice to have. What we truly value are individuals who bring strong soft skills, including:
