We have an opportunity to work in the Electronic Patient Records (EPR) team within Informatics as a Product Specialist. The role will be based in the developments team.
ABOUT THE TEAM
We deliver a service of support from 08.00 to 18.00 Monday to Friday. We are intricately involved in all aspects of the trust from the daily administration of the system to improvement projects and pioneering new solutions to patient care.
The team currently does a mix of office-based and remote working.

Your Responsibilities
What you’ll do
We are continually developing and improving our service to support and enhance our end user experience. This is a varied and challenging position which will give the successful applicant plenty of opportunity to improve and develop their IT skills and end user support experience.
We offer 2ndline daily support and are involved in multiple projects across the trust.
What we’re looking for
Previous knowledge of a Patient Administration System and clinical systems would be an advantage but not essential. Experience working within a hospital environment is also advantageous.
Accuracy, attention to detail and thorough understanding of Data Protection/Information governance is also essential in this post.
