Claims Handler

We're looking for a **Claims Handler**
to join the Auger Team, based at our Head Office in Wallasey. Our total package is worth £27,369 - £29,875
depending on experience.

**Financials**
- Starting Salary - £23,809 - £26,184 dependent on experience
- Annual Bonus - approx. £2000 - £2500
- (pro-rata'd accordingly if part time)
- 5.5% Pension Contribution - approx. £1309 - £1440 depending on agreed salary

**Working Hours**
- Full Time - 37.5hrs per week
- Compressed working arrangement, improving work-life balance and giving you an additional 20 long weekends a year

**The Role**
- Handle the technical & customer service aspects of drainage, watermains & subsidence insurance claims
- Ensure claims are handled promptly and cost effectively, whilst maintaining excellent customer care and communication
- Assess the liability of claims, and create proposals and quotes for our on-site works

- A capable multi-tasker, who can handle inbound phone calls, take notes and complete follow up actions, without compromising on quality
