Job Title: Part time Pharmacy Dispenser

**Job Types**: Part-time.

Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday.

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team. As a Pharmacy Dispenser, you will play a crucial role in assisting pharmacists in dispensing medications and providing excellent patient care. **Duties**:

- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional patient care by answering enquiries and offering guidance on medication usage
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper storage of medications
- Process prescriptions and handle claims
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to pharmacy regulations and safety standards

Essential requirements:

- Proven experience as a Pharmacy Dispenser for a minimum of two years in Community/Online Pharmacy
- ⁠NVQ level 2 in Pharmacy Services Skills. Ensure that any training you take is accredited by the GPhC.
- Strong background in patient care and medication administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications
- Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations
- Use of the computer and the pharmacy preferably software Rxweb.
