**The Role**:
Specifically you will:

- Ensure a high and ever improving team of talented professionals to keep our organisational capabilities robust to deliver our strategy and keep us moving forward.
- Evaluate, develop and deliver new and innovative resourcing models to further enhance Stopford in the market
- Lead on salary benchmarking processes and the creation of an internal salary/banding structure
- Engage with our teams to really understand their recruitment needs and design a recruitment campaign that will deliver the best solution
- Operate in line with set KPIs and budget, working as efficiently and effectively as possible to minimise vacancy fill time and cost.
- Review success of attraction campaigns while maintaining recruitment statistics and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in establishing an effective succession planning tool to identity pipeline talent and identify potential future gaps.
- Manage projects and support the wider HR offer to Stopford as appropriate and as required for the benefit of the business.
**About You**:
To be considered, you will need:

- Significant experience in Human Resources, Sourcing and Recruiting
- Previous experience with ‘LinkedIn Recruiter’ Platform and system skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communicator - both written and verbal as well as prioritisation and planning skills - with strong attention to detail
- Proven track record of taking end-to-end ownership and driving results
- Ability to use data analysis to support recommendations
- A high level of integrity, judgment, and discretion in handling confidential information
Ideally, you’ll also have experience & understanding of multi-disciplinary engineering & engineering consultancy roles.
