As our Surveyor Route Coordinator, you will be working for a market leading independent building claim validation specialist, providing an end-to-end building claim handling service who pride themselves on delivering a very high standard of customer service. As our Surveyor Route Coordinator, you will have excellent organisation and communication skills as you will be required to monitor and manage the daily appointments for our UK wide surveyor workforce. The purpose of the role is to ensure that our surveyor workforce have optimised routes for survey appointments so that we can provide our clients and their customers with a fast yet thorough service.

**What will your day look like**:

- Monitoring a map of the UK to ensure that the appointments booked for each day meet certain criteria in terms of maximum driving times and maximum number of appointments.
- Use a bespoke IT system with Google integration to plan surveyor appointment routes.
- Have regular telephone communication with our surveyor workforce to build good working relations.
- Assist first response team members in finding suitable inspection appointments.
- Monitor resource within the surveyor workforce and report any deficiency to the senior management team.
- Ensure that all agreed appointments have been met by our surveyor workforce.
- Re-arrange appointments with customers by their request.
- Where required, add new claims to our be-spoke IT system and make initial contact with customers to arrange appointments for a surveyor visit.
- Answer incoming telephone calls from surveyors, insurer clients and customers.

**Abilities And Knowledge**:

- A good knowledge of UK geography.
- Demonstrate great communication and organisation skills.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Ability to demonstrate a high standard of customer service.
- Be computer literate.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced target driven environment.
- Positive attitude and be a team player.
- Have the flexibility to partake in paid overtime during weather events.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
