Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual looking for a part-time opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant to join our team at Infinity Innovations Ltd in Keighley.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answering and managing incoming telephone calls
- Processing customer orders efficiently
- Arranging the swap out of faulty products and coordinating the collection of faulty units
- Booking freight and parcel companies for timely deliveries

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus but full training will be provided.

**Working hours**:

- Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM (Part-time) / 9:00am to 5:00pm (Full-time)
