**Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner - Richmond**
An exciting opportunity for a residential conveyancer has arisen with a forward-thinking practice in Richmond.
This firm is comprised of a collegiate group of professionals who have excellent incentives in place for their fee earners.
Typical clients are local developers with medium to high-net-worth properties, which makes it easy to bill high and secure a high bonus
- Have managed a caseload of residential conveyancing files for 1 year or more *essential
- Are qualified as a solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer *not essential, non-qualified fee earners are welcome to apply
- Currently, work with medium to high-net-worth clients

On offer for you is:

- A generous incentive scheme (written into your contract)
- Working from home
- Flexible working hours (family friendly)
- Salary between £45,000 - £55,000
