The firm would like a solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE who can head the small department and manage more junior staff. The work is mainly residential but there is a small amount of commercial conveyancing in the caseload so experience in this area would be an advantage. There is scope for hybrid working on completion of the probationary period but the management of junior staff is likely to mean that the role will predominantly office based. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience but the firm have said that it will be very competitive.
