**Job Overview**

AT-PAC is seeking a reliable and motivated Yard Operative to join our busy Harthill branch. This hands-on role is vital to the smooth operation of our yard, focusing on preparing goods for dispatch, processing returns, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and load goods for outbound delivery accurately and efficiently
- Receive, inspect, and process customer returns with attention to detail
- Perform general yard duties including cleaning, organizing, and stock management
- Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and responsibly
- Support the team in maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant working environment

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Valid forklift license is preferred
- Previous experience in a scaffolding yard or similar construction-related environment is essential
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
