- Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile, always putting the customer first
- Provide menus, support customers with food choices, and place orders
- Deliver guests meals to their rooms, from beverages through to meals and snacks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the catering stations
- Communicate with hospital staff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service
- Provide assistance to customers to ensure they have an excellent guest experience

- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work well in a team and also on your own
- Ability to keep calm under pressure, and maintain a professional approach
- Able to communicate with various different people working in different roles

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week
