**The Role**

Lemon is on an exciting growth journey, and we are seeking a dynamic, hands-on HR leader to drive and execute our people strategy. As Head of HR, you will take ownership of key HR functions, ensuring best practices are embedded across the business. This role goes beyond strategy—you will be actively managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and leading key projects while building strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Defining and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with Lemon’s strategic direction.
- Providing expert advice on company policy, HR best practices, employee relations, and employment law.
- Managing and advising on complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary and absence management.
- Leading and supporting HR projects to drive business improvements and efficiencies.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement, leading and supporting HR initiatives.
- Ensuring an engaging on-boarding experience for new employees.
- Managing HR data, reporting key insights and trends.
- Supporting the continuous improvement of our Quality Management and Information Security Management standards.
- Managing a small HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective delivery of HR services across the business.

**Salary Information**:

- Competitive salary starting from £40,000 per annum (FTE)

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experienced HR professional with a strong generalist HR background.
- A hands-on leader with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the business.
- A customer-focused mindset, building excellent relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in employee relations, including disciplinary procedures and absence management.
- Proven experience in HR project management and implementing HR initiatives.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and change management.
