At our home, Activities Co-ordinators play a vital role in creating fun, stimulating, and meaningful experiences that support residents’ wellbeing. As a trainee, you will learn how to plan and deliver engaging activities while gaining hands-on experience through a structured training programme.

This is an exciting opportunity if you are creative, friendly, and enthusiastic about making a difference. No experience is required - just the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

**What We Offer**
- £11.00 per hour
- 35 contracted hours per week
- Paid PVG, pension scheme, uniform provided
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)
- Full training and support to develop your career

**What You Will Do**
You will support the delivery of daily, weekly, and seasonal activities, from arts and crafts, music, and exercise to reminiscence sessions, outings, and themed events. You will help prepare resources, encourage participation, and record engagement, working alongside the activities team, care staff, and families to make life in our home enjoyable and fulfilling for every resident.

**What We’re Looking For**
We are looking for someone who is approachable, reliable, and well organised, with a genuine passion for bringing joy to others. Creativity - whether in art, music, gardening, or simply fun ideas - is very welcome. Previous experience in a care or community setting is helpful but not essential, as full training will be given.
