Are you passionate about working with children and looking to begin a rewarding career in early years childcare? Pixies Quality Childcare in Penicuik is looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join our friendly team as a Trainee Childcare Practitioner.

About the Role:
As a Trainee Childcare Practitioner, you’ll learn to:

- Support the development and learning of children in your care
- Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
- Assist with daily routines such as meals, play, rest, and outdoor activities
- Work closely with experienced practitioners and follow guidance from management
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

What We’re Looking For:

- A genuine interest in working with young children
- A positive, reliable, and proactive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Must be 16+ and eligible to work in the UK
