We are looking for a Key AccountsCoordinator**,** based at our office in Aylesbury.
**About the role **
You will be experienced and efficient in all administration to a variety of the companies largest customers. Building strong customer relationships to identify and maximise sales opportunities to grow, develop and retain key accounts business, driving andgrowing our sales.
**Key Responsibilities **
- Take ownership of the sales order process, ensuring a seamless customer experience, from the moment the order is placed, to its safe and timely delivery
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through product recommendation
- Proactively contact customers to increase awareness of promotions and offers
- Work closely with Key Accounts Sales Team to assist with securing appointments
- Accurate system maintenance
- Attention to detail with all aspects of order processing
- Research, create and build Key Account Target list with Key Account Managers
