The engineering team is responsible for turning designs from the Product team into robust, scalable solutions that will delight demanding large financial institutions and enterprise customers.
You'll work with small, close-knit, multidisciplined squads who are involved not just in software development but also in refining the details of products and features.
This involves being highly focused on delivery of the product backlog through effective facilitation, coaching, and mentoring of the team whilst incorporating strong project management
Capabilities.
**_Responsibilities:_**
Mentor and coach a cross functional squad comprised of Product, UX, Software/DevOps/QA engineers
Collaborate across squads with other Agile Delivery Managers to align on consistent ways of working
Coordinate iterations, daily stand-ups, planning, refinement, retrospectives, and demos
**_Experience:_**
A minimum of 3 years managing technology based projects using Agile methodologies
Understanding of portfolio management, experience of program management, and demonstrable experience of project management
Extensive experience working with multiple Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Nexus, among others
Proven leadership skills as a team lead and coach to at least 3 engineers with a track record of building high performing engineering teams
Experience with TDD and continuous deployment
Excellent knowledge of various Lean and Agile techniques, frameworks, and artefacts
