**Agile Delivery Manager**

Salary range £70 - 80k

Industry leading Saas company are expanding all teams and product ranges and require and Agile Delivery Manager to support the Head of Delivery with overall management in the product and development organisation.

The incumbent will take responsibility for managing end-to-end delivery of multiple individual workstreams.

Within workstreams they manage; they will be responsible for planning/forecasting, tracking work, maintaining alignment with broader plans/objectives, managing dependencies, identifying issues/risks and escalating where appropriate.

Responsibilities;
**Main Responsibilities**

a.Overall delivery management in product & development organisation
- Contributing to overall delivery reporting
- Contributing to overall delivery planning and dependency management
- Proactively analysing delivery data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Implementing process improvements and monitoring impacts

b.Assigned workstreams:

- Managing end-to-end delivery of assigned workstreams
- Producing delivery plans, forecasts, reports and other delivery artefacts based on delivery data
- Ensuring assigned workstreams maintain alignment with broader business objectives and delivery plans by proactively prioritising/sequencing work within assigned workstreams
- Proactively managing dependencies, issues, risks and escalating where appropriate
- Facilitating agile ceremonies (stand-ups and retrospectives) and other workshops as needed
- Championing agile delivery processes and proactively contributing to continuous improvement
- Maintaining effective team culture, dynamics, motivation and empowerment in a matrix management environment
- Collaborating effectively with product owners, business analysts, engineers, quality assurance analysts and other members of the product & development organisation
