Medacs Homecare are looking for an **ECM Administrator to join our fantastic Homecare team based in Salford Quays, Manchester.**

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator, ideally with an Interest in Health & Social care.

Electronic Call Monitoring Administrator - Age Care

**Salary**: £23,500

Working Hours: 10am - 6pm Monday - Friday

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be the first point of contact for all ECM queries.
- Manage the Care Management App to track when Care Assistants have arrived, completed care and support tasks and completed the scheduled care visit.
- Producing ECM reports.
- Following up alerts, investigate unconfirmed visits and provide a daily log of unconfirmed visits to the Registered Manager.
- Payroll - Ensuring that all Care Assistants annual leave, sickness, and maternity and other absence information is processed for payment. Producing a weekly report of un-submitted timesheets and take action.
- Supporting branch with all administrative duties.

- Have strong organisation skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and database management.
