Mortgages Apprentice

**Job description**
- Indigo Mortgages are a mortgage brokerage based in Liverpool and are currently looking to expand their workforce with a Business Admin Apprentice_
- This is an opportunity to join one of the of fasting growing brokerages in the North and we’re looking for the next generation of talent to join our young team._
- Your job will be to learn the ropes, supporting the brokers and administrators in helping our clients purchase their new home._
- The role will largely an administrating role with the opportunity to learn about the customer service / sales part of the business._

**Duties**:

- Using client information to work out affordability
- Packaging up documents
- Client communication
- Communicating with UK banks / building societies
- Updating of spreadsheets

**Desired Skills and Knowledge**:

- Customer service experience (preferred but not required)
- Administration experience (preferred but not required)

**Salary hours and benefits**:

- Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
- £12480 per annum
- Potential for commission
- 21 Days Annual Leave
- Free parking

The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 3 Business Administrator

Qualification through Learning Curve Group.

**You will be taught through**:

- 4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 Sessions with your tutor
- 6 weekly hours of Off the Job Training
- The course is a 14 month programme

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: £12,480.00 per year

- Commission pay
