Key duties & responsibilities

As our People Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor, collaborator, and advocate for both our employees and leaders. You’ll work closely with teams to ensure everyone feels supported, empowered, and engaged. Here’s what your role would look like:
Be a Trusted Advisor: You’ll offer advice to Kascaders and leaders to provide guidance on everything from team dynamics to growth opportunities, all while ensuring we’re aligned with our business goals.

Champion Employee Well-being: You’ll be the go-to person for employees, making sure Kascaders have a voice and feel valued. Whether it’s addressing concerns or helping create a fun and inclusive workplace, you’ll be there to ensure everyone feels part of the team.

Nurture Talent and Growth: Attracting and recruiting great talent, is key to the strength of our teams. We believe in continuous growth, and you’ll help make that happen by guiding performance, offering feedback, and helping employees find the right development paths.

Lead through Change: As we grow and evolve, things can change quickly. You’ll support Kascaders through these changes, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication every step of the way.

Keep Us Compliant: You’ll help us ensure our quality and compliance never faulter. You’ll help the team to navigate policies and employment laws, ensuring that we’re not only following the rules but also creating sensible approaches that reflect our values and promote a healthy work environment. We know that admin is a bore, so we automate wherever we can - engaging and driving automation projects will help us to focus on the stuff that IT simply can’t do as well as we can.

Hybrid working expectations

Knowledge, skills and qualifications:
Essential:

- CIPD level 5 or above (or equivalent qualification)
- Generalist HR experience
- Talent acquisition experience
- IT skills across the range of MS Office products

Desirable:

- Generalist HR experience obtained in a progressive SME environment

Core competencies:

- Communication skills

You’ll be able to actively listen and understand and get your point across candidly and succinctly both verbally and in writing.
- Empathy and emotional intelligence
