**MASH Co-ordinator**
The MASH Co-Ordinator postholder will co-ordinate a high quality Multi-agency Safeguarding Hub working with a range of partners within the safeguarding network. The post holder will lead and guide the development of services to ensure the best provisionand outcomes for children, young people and families. The post holder will support, champion and challenge professional practice and ensure the young person’s voice is heard and is integral to Strategic planning. They will integrate research and audit findingsand work with the Service Manager, ART and Service Manager for Children’s Improvement on findings and improvement to practice, to develop and review the MASH offer
The post holder will be a role model for best practice and will maintain knowledge of leading-edge best practice through research, review and personal development. The post holder will work creatively with children, young people, families and partner agenciesto up-date, review and ensure the MASH offer meets the needs of children, young people and families, and remains up-to-date and relevant.
The post holder will work in partnership with police, education, health partners, housing colleagues and other partners to develop and maintain MASH in South Gloucestershire to ensure children and young people get the right help, support and protection ina timely.
