Alliance Psychological Services is an independent provider of counselling and psychological therapy services based in the Tees Valley area and are working across the North-East region. We are working in partnership with Middlesbrough & Stockton Mind to deliver the IMPACT on Teesside service.

We understand that some PWPs do not wish to pursue a career in management but acknowledge the need for opportunities to develop clinically and for this to be recognised where qualifications, such as the PWP LTC top up training and PWP Supervisor’s course, have been completed.

We are excited to share that we are recruiting for qualified, Enhanced Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an innovative service providing Low Intensity (LI) interventions within our IAPT pathway, working with adults aged 16+ within the framework of the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) Programme. You will hold an IAPT PWP recognised qualification, as well as the PWP LTC Top Up training and/or the PWP Supervisor’s Course qualification(s). You will be actively delivering LI interventions to patients requiring Step 2 treatment within the Long-Term Conditions pathway and/or delivering Caseload Management and Clinical Supervision to PWPs. Practice will include face to face, telephone, and digital based work, with opportunities to be involved in the delivery of groupwork.

You must have the right to work in the UK and hold PWP registration through the BABCP or BPS (or be actively working towards achieving this).

**Full time and Part time positions available**

Whilst we continue to offer a range of ways for people to access our services including face-to-face appointments across the Teesside area we are also able to consider an element of remote delivery and will be happy to discuss options for hybrid working in line with patient and service needs.
