We are looking for an **Executive Housekeeper **who will:

- Perform Head of Department duties for Housekeeping, ensuring we meet guests’ expectations and our high standards for cleanliness.
- Have a strong housekeeping background and experience in managing 40+ team members.
- Be a self - motivated, driven, hands-on and visible leader to the team, motivating them with your passion for hospitality and desire to do things better.
- Build a guest-focused culture within Housekeeping where every member of the team should feel they can make a contribution to guest satisfaction.
- Have experience in CAPEX and CPOR/HSK P&L accountability.
- Be fully competent with HR processes/L&D.
- Have experience in developing internal talent and proven evidence of driving team engagement.
- Work closely with leaders in other departments to keep operations running smoothly in line with our commercial goals.
- Play a direct role in the overall management of the Hotel.
