Bilingual Project Worker

**Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual Project Worker to join our team on a part-time basis as part of our CWTC Wellbeing Café.
The Project Worker will be instrumental in creating a welcoming and inclusive space that promotes mental, emotional, and social well-being within the community.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- To recruit new people to the on-going Men and Wellbeing Café.
- Collaborate with participants and local residents to identify needs and plan activities.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals objectives.
- Coordinate resources, and monitor project timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with participants, community members, partners, and volunteers to promote active engagement.
- Train volunteers to engage in activities.
- Monitor and evaluate project outcomes, providing regular reports and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate/deliver workshops, meetings, and events to encourage participation and awareness.
- Ensure projects are inclusive and address the diverse needs of the participants.
- Stay informed about relevant policies, and best practices at CWTC and projects delivered.
**Experience**:
- Good bilingual communication skills in English and Urdu
- Good Word and Excel experience
- Experience in managing community-focused projects
- Good organisational and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with diverse groups
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers and stakeholders effectively
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges
- This role is ideal for someone committed and passionate about making a positive difference in the lives people in need, particularly in reducing isolation, learning new skills, meeting new people, access to services and gain confidence through the planned activities.
