**Commercial Assistant Management Accountant | Nottinghamshire | Up to c.£30,000 + Study Support + 3 days WFH a week**
Are you confident with the production of** monthly management accounts **and looking for a more expansive and commercially focused role that will allow you to broaden your business partnering skills?
Cherry Professional are currently working with a growing** Nottinghamshire **based company who are seeking to expand on their established and supportive finance team to keep on top of this company growth.
This role would still allow you to have a hands-on approach with accounts prep but give you unrivalled early exposure to the more refined elements of being able to liaise with senior external and internal stakeholders to discuss these accounts,** budgetsand forecasts.**
You will be able to report into a** Finance Manager **who is well respected and has been able to strike that balance between being able to relay on his wealth of knowledge and assist when needed without being overbearing and micromanaging.

SALARY: Up to c.£30,000

- 3 days working from home a week.
Job description snapshot:

- Assist with production of **monthly management accounts.**:

- Assist with **budgeting and forecasting** processes.
- Act as a point of communication between finance and external and senior business heads.
- Liaise with leadership and internal stakeholders to discuss budgets and variances.
- Take ownership of finance projects and produce **financial reports** on those projects.
- Please note that you do not need to have had experience with every aspect of this Job description, however it is important that you are:
- Confident with the main aspects of **monthly management accounts** production.
- Actively studying towards your **ACA/CIMA/ACCA/AAT** qualification.
- Possess 2+ years experience working within a finance function.
- Have a keen to learn attitude and a confident communicator.
