**Salary**:£54,793+ depending on experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Lead the Business Change Team within the organisation, providing thought leadership, coaching and development
- Conduct Business Change activities including: Business Change Complexity Assessment, Health checks, Impact Assessments and Business/Change Readiness Assessments as identified
- Identifying, assessing and supporting the management of risks arising from the Business Change activities
- Liaising with the sector/function change network to ensure there is a continued understanding of the changes to be delivered.
- Conducting Training Needs Analysis and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and deliver training (where appropriate)
- Proactively monitoring the progress of, and provide the required reporting for, Business Change activities and provide insightful recommendations
- Supporting a robust Business Readiness process to ensure the change can land effectively
- Developing communication plans and producing appropriate and engaging communication materials that are adapted to suit different audiences in the business and persona types
- Working collaboratively across the workstreams and with the sectors to ensure the appropriate Business Change activities are taking place and are effective in supporting successful programme outcomes

**Your skills and experiences**:
Essential:

- Must have successfully delivered Transformation or Business Change within similar size / complex organisations
- Good understanding and experience, including delivery, of Business Change
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively and manage complex and diverse scenarios, focusing on high quality and delivery through others even in high pressured, time critical situations
- Ability to think analytically, to resolve problems and to identify solutions and causes

Desirable:

- Experience in coaching and supporting leaders through Business Change
- PMDY or Change Management qualification or equivalent experience
