**What you’ll be doing**:

- Manage the assigned projects activities data for budget/forecast vs actuals and analyse information reported. Recommend actions to improve progress to the Project Control Lead and Project Manager
- Support Monthly Business Ops reviews to ensure that the data of actuals, forecast and budget has been reviewed and discussed with each Project Manager. Ensure you understand the activities and challenge project managers on over/under spend and are able to articulate it and bridge the data for quarterly CSR
- Support the development of the Business Ops monthly pack to develop further performance measures once the baseline requirements are reviewed. This can incorporate Labour, Non Labour, commitment, utilisation, headcount, diversions, rates and IBP
- Take direct responsibility for the one-to-one management and support ensuring relationships are established and built for assigned sub teams

**Your skills and experiences**:
**Essential**:

- Proficiency in IT, including MS office and various PM software
- Experienced stakeholder management skills including pro-active work ethic and excellent communication

**Desirable**:

- Project management qualification - such as APM or PMDY
- Relevant Degree (Not essential)

**The CAM475 (Manage Business) Project Control Team**:
Central business project control team liaising with multiple sub-teams including engineering, facilities, supply chain, operations, change management, finance and commercial. This is a small but very dynamic team with responsibilities feeding up to the Business Operations Lead within TyTAN
