**Warehouse & Stores Supervisor - Bidford-On-Avon - Permanent - Full Time - Salary up to £21-23,000 per annum DOE ** Due to expansion and growth, our client who works within the wastewater treatment industry is now looking to recruit for a full-time Warehouse & Stores Supervisor to join their office staff.

**The Warehouse & Stores Supervisor day to day duties are as follows**: Daily tasks will include full responsibility for the warehouse & stores facility, assisting the service team & the field-based service engineers with stock requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accepting goods in, checking, and recording on stock management system
- Recording goods out on the stock management system.
- Signing off purchase orders & invoices
- Stock takes
- Re-labelling, packaging and assembling products.
- Preparing goods for dispatch and arranging parts for service team installations.
- Managing online shop orders and shipments.
- Loading shipments via courier portal and tracking information
- Updating the web shop and CRM system of all shipments
- Signing off courier invoices and ensuring correct billing
- Coordinating with engineers and ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Allocation & purchasing of stock for remedial small works & larger installation works
- Cleaning and tidying of the warehouse,
- Cleaning & refurbishment of equipment that comes back into the warehouse
- Waste disposal of field engineers wastewater barrels and jet washing clean.
- Occasional delivery runs between our other storage location near Leamington Spa

**The Successful Warehouse & Stores Supervisor must have the following skills/experience**:

- The successful applicant will demonstrate attention to detail, good communication skills with a desire to improve on technical & industry knowledge
- Must have a driving licence.
